About Frontline

In 2005, Jill Blankenship started Frontline Call Center with the intentions to provide employment opportunities to the San Juan Islands. With great success, Frontline has expanded and now serves a vast variety of businesses internationally. Frontline is an inbound call center that specializes in technology support and customer care.

The Challenge

Recently, Frontline was charged with getting a team of twenty-five remote hires together within a very short timeframe and retaining hires throughout training. Frontline has experienced a new hire drop out rate of up to 50%. In this fast paced environment, ensuring these new hires would surpass training was crucial to meet the needs of their client.
