ApplicantOne was created out of the need to find quality candidates. Originally starting as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), we quickly learned that hiring managers do not have the time or resources to drive the process for an ATS. This is how and why our hiring solutions were developed. ApplicantOne’s mission is to make innovative technology solutions easy and accessible for any business. Yes! We understand that one size does not fit all and that there are circumstances where a guaranteed hire is necessary. That is why we created ApplicantOne Recruit. This is a full service recruiting contract that guarantees that you find the quality hire that you need.
How is this different than contract recruiting?
ApplicantOne differs from contract recruiting due to the integration of our recruiting technology with our recruiters. We strive to provide the best “human” experience possible. While contract recruiting works with a singular recruiter that is driven by salary, our recruiters are motivated by quality. They drive the entire process which gives them an edge when working with our advanced hiring technology.
In addition to our process, clients also gain access to job postings, a personal dossier, assessments, video interviews, job post optimization, ApplicantOne’s database, a proactive search, a custom questionnaire, recruiter notes, progress calls, weekly reports, and more. We honestly don’t have the space to list every way in which we differ, but that’s a start!
I am hesitant to pay for SOURCE up front. It seems risky.
First and foremost, we hear you! Paying upfront is scary especially with no guarantee of a hire. However, we are not an agency - we are not a placement service, we are a quality candidate service. In order to have access to our technology, our recruiters, and our services, payment is required up front to ensure our time, quality, and the use of our technology.
Can companies that have existing HR technology or in-house recruiters use this product?
Absolutely! We work with companies all the time who have their own in-house recruiters and technology of their own. In those cases, we work in tandem with a company’s recruiting team to come up with a game plan. From there, we learn what they’re doing so far and what we can do to execute the hiring process in the most efficient way possible for them.
