ApplicantOne SOURCE Reduces New Hire Drop Rates at Staggering Rates: ApplicantOne’s vetting and aptitude tests are making their mark on a call center's hiring process
Lakeland, Florida: A urgent need to hire more that twenty-five employees within a timelines of just two weeks led to Frontline Call Center's partnership with ApplicantOne. As a solution, ApplicantOne provided their emerging recruiting product also known as ApplicantOne SOURCE.
This product combines the two most powerful aspects of recruiting, a one of a kind proprietary technology and a personal recruiting assistant. Within a short time frame, ApplicantOne SOURCE assisted with the majority of Frontline's hires. Throughout the process, Frontline has seen a significant decrease in their new hire drop out rates.
Traditionally, Frontline sees an average new hire drop of 50% during training. With the new initiative to use ApplicantOne SOURCE to help with their hiring needs, their drop rate has fallen significantly to 14%. This drop rate is credited to the accuracy of the product's vetting process and cognitive assessments.
