How does ApplicantOne RECRUIT work?

ApplicantOne RECRUIT provides all of the same hiring features as ApplicantOne SOURCE but also guarantees placement. Our team will drive the front end of the hiring process and provide assistance with job posting, job advertising, assessments, video interviews, etc. Our goal is to make this process as painless as possible.

How do I learn about the candidates?

Once our recruiters have found quality candidates that fit your position, they will be delivered to you on your personal dossier. Through the dossier platform, you will be able to review all of the candidates’ information, analyze their assessment results, and watch the candidates’ video interviews.

We know that hiring is a team effort. Recently we have added a collaboration feature so your hiring team can provide feedback and notes based on their reviews directly in the dossier.

What are the terms of the contract?

ApplicantOne RECRUIT is a contract recruiting engagement. This contract includes:

• No Risk - You are guaranteed a placement

• A 90 day guarantee - ApplicantOne will replace the placement if the candidate terminates employment within the first 90 days.

How much does it cost?

ApplicantOne RECRUIT requires 15% placement fee. This is 15% of the placement’s annual compensation (including bonuses and/or commissions).

When do I pay?

The fee for ApplicantOne RECRUIT is due upon placement.
